Aerial Pics Consortium Inc. Return, Refund and Replacement Policy and Procedure

Request for returns and refunds will be accepted only within the next thirty (30) calendar days following the delivery of the product purchased by the customers and subject of the return and refund. The delivery date will be the date registered by the courier and/or delivery service selected by the customer and provided by Aerial Pics Consortium Inc. to deliver the purchase from Aerial Pics Consortium Inc.’s facilities to the address provided by the customer during the check-out process.

Returns and full refunds will be accepted only if the product has no manufacturing defects, has not been activated or it has been activated but is still in new or in like-new condition and in the original packaging.

All refunds will be made through the same financial instrument used by the customer to purchase the product subject to refund, i.e. if the customer paid for the product with a credit card, refund will be issued to that same credit card.

Returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued if:

(a) The thirty (30) calendar day period from product delivery date has expired;

(b) The returned product is not in the original packaging and/or does not include all original parts, components and/or accessories;

(c) The product or any of its parts, components and/or accessories is not in new or like-new condition;

(d) The product is not accompanied by its legal receipt, purchase invoice and/or proof of purchase, or said receipt, purchase invoice or proof of purchase is reasonably believed to be forged or tampered, at Aerial Pics Consortium Inc.’s sole discretion.

(e) The product is faulting or is damaged due to unauthorized use, modification, alteration or intervention; including, without limitation, to moisture exposure or penetration of other foreign bodies or substances (water, oil, sand, etc.), unauthorized handling, repair or intervention by non-qualified/non-authorized technical personnel; or due to improper installation, operation or manipulation of the product and/or any of its parts, components and/or accessories.

(d) Product labels, serial numbers or any other original markings show signs of damage, tampering or alteration.

(e) Damaged to the product or any of its parts, components and/or accessories are due to circumstances beyond Aerial Pics Consortium Inc.’s control; including, without limitation to fire, flood, high winds, lighting strike, rain or snow, etc.


Product or any of its parts, components and or/accessories will be replaced only under the following circumstances:

  1. The thirty (30) calendar-day period following delivery date of product is still current.

  2. The product has suffered substantial damage during transit from Aerial Pics Consortium Inc.’s facility to the address provided by the customer during check-out.

  3. The product matches and is consistent with the original description as it was purchased and delivered and there are no inconsistencies with the original description, whether in one or more significant respects.

  4. The product or any of its parts, components and/or accessories present a manufacturing defect. You can also contact the product’s manufacturer for assistance. Manufacturer contact information can usually be found on the product packaging or in the paperwork included with the product.

  5. The product is accompanied by its legal receipt, purchase invoice and/or proof of purchase or said receipt, purchase invoice or proof of purchase are not reasonably believed to be forged or tampered, at Aerial Pics Consortium Inc.’s sole discretion.

  6. The product to be replaced is in the original packaging and includes all original parts, components and/or accessories.

  7. The product or any of its parts, components and/or accessories is in new or like-new condition;

  8. The product’s faulting or damaged is not caused by unauthorized use, modification, alteration or intervention; including, without limitation to moisture exposure or penetration of other foreign bodies or substances (water, oil, sand, etc.), unauthorized handling, repair or intervention by non-qualified/non-authorized technical personnel; or due to improper installation, operation or manipulation of the product and/or any of its parts, components and/or accessories.

  9. Product labels, serial numbers or any other original markings are intact and show no signs of damage, tampering or alteration.

  10. Damage to the product or any of its parts, components and/or accessories has not been caused by circumstances beyond Aerial Pics Consortium Inc.’s control; including, without limitation, fire, flood, high winds, lighting strike, rain or snow, etc.

  11. After conducting appropriate tests by Aerial Pics Consortium Inc.’s and/or the manufacturer, it is determined that the product has manufacturing defects.

  12. Replacements will be issued only after the returned product has been received by Aerial Pics Consortium Inc. and if received within the next thirty (30) calendar day period after delivery date.
  1. Local credit card/debit card and PayPal refunds can take up to fifteen (15) business days to process after the product is received. International credit card, Visa or MasterCard, refunds can take up to twenty (20) business days to process. 

  2. Sender must pay the costs of return delivery.

  3. Aerial Pics Consortium Inc. may amend the Return, Refund and Replacement policy terms from time to time, including where there is a change of law. It is the responsibility of the customer to frequently review the Return, Refund and Replacement Policy for any changes or modifications.

  1. Request a Return, Refund and/or Replacement Form and a Return Label: to request a return, refund and/or replacement, customers must first contact Aerial Pics Consortium Inc.’s Customer Service Department by placing a call or sending an email to the number(s) and/or email address posted on the “Contact Us” page in the www.apicsworld.com website.

The Customer Service Department will forward a Request for Return, Refund and/or Replacement Form and a Return Label to the customer through the medium selected by the customer during his/her communication with the Customer Service Department. Options to receive the forms are postal mail or email. The customer must print and fully complete the form and ship it in the same package used to return the product to Aerial Pics Consortium Inc.

  1. Prepare and Ship the Returned Product:

  1. Customers must pack the product, including all parts, components and/or accessories in the product’s original packaging and make sure all contents are properly secured. If original packaging is not available, customers must use a similar box and other packaging materials (i.e., foam, packing peanuts or bubbles, etc.) that are of equal or superior quality to those of the original packaging.

  2. Customers must include a copy of their receipts, invoices or proofs of purchase inside the package.

  3. Customers must include the completed Request for Return, Refund and/or Replacement Form inside the package.

  4. Customers must securely attach the Return Label received from the Customer Service Department to the package.

All requests for return, refund and/or replacement must be processed individually. Customers returning multiple orders must not consolidate the returns. Customers must use separate Request for Return, Refund and/or Replacement forms, separate packaging and a separate return label per order.

After the carrier has received the Customer’s package, it can take up to two (2) weeks for Aerial Pics Consortium Inc. to receive and process the Customer’s return.
